About the role:

We’re looking for a results-driven, strategic Senior PPC Campaign Manager to join our high-performing team in Tel Aviv. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to take ownership of high-impact campaigns, drive performance across multiple platforms, and play a key role in our clients’ success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies for a variety of clients and industries.
• Manage hands-on, full-funnel PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 and more.
• Optimize budgets, bids, targeting, and creative to improve campaign ROI and exceed performance goals continuously.
• Lead real-time analysis, A/B testing, and continuous optimizations based on actionable data insights.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve and apply innovative strategies.
• Deliver detailed campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, tech, and analytics teams to align campaign execution with client objectives.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience in an agency or brand environment, managing large-scale, multi-platform paid media campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or an analytical discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Proven success driving measurable growth and ROI through sophisticated campaign strategy and optimization.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and strong familiarity with DV360, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Advanced analytical capabilities; proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Bilingual fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior team members.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for digital innovation, automation, and scaling performance marketing excellence.
