The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced and autonomous Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of a rapidly growing and successful high-tech company scaling its core R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

• Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment: Own the end-to-end process for complex R&D, Product, Data Science, and DevOps roles.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted Strategic Partner to senior Hiring Managers, driving talent strategy, providing market insights, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Advanced Sourcing: Develop and execute highly targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive, top-tier technical candidates in a competitive market.
• Process Management: Ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional hiring process for all stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with focus on technical/R&D roles within the high-tech/startup environment.
• Proven track record of successfully partnering and consulting with technical leadership.
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Deep expertise in advanced strategic sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume workload.
