Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Manager with 4–8 years of experience in quality management in global manufacturing companies to drive operational quality activities, including supplier and subcontractor management, complaint handling, corrective actions, and SOPs implementation, ensuring alignment with the company's standards.

This role is primarily focused on supporting global quality operations rather than managing factory-based QC teams.

Ideal candidates will have experience in sectors of food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, with strong potential for growth within the organization.

Please note that in this role you will be working intensively with the US interfaces which requires availability to work at least 3 times a week in the late afternoon early evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier and Subcontractor Management:

Handle complaints, track corrective actions, and monitor supplier qualifications and performance.

Collaborate with the Head of QA to evaluate and align suppliers and subcontractors with strategic goals.

• Corrective Actions (CAPAs):

Support the global CAPA process by implementing and monitoring corrective actions.

• SOP Development:

Create and maintain global SOPs, ensuring alignment with quality policies.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Ensure accurate documentation of QA activities and prepare quality assurance reports.

• Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to support organizational quality objectives and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: 4-8 years in QA management, preferably in food manufacturing, pharma, or medical devices.
• Skills: Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and supplier quality management, including audits.
