A leading company in the diagnostic biotechnology industry - developing, manufacturing, and distributing innovative tools for microorganism identification and molecular biology, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the company’s quality and regulatory operations.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s quality and regulatory functions, ensuring consistent implementation of procedures, standards, and strong quality awareness across all levels.
• Oversee quality processes in manufacturing, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of testing activities performed in the laboratories (Microbiology & Molecular Biology).
• Lead cross-organizational projects focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency within quality processes.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals.

✨ Requirements

• Proven experience leading quality operations in an industrial environment, including hands-on experience with manufacturing quality processes.
• Significant advantage: experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences — required

(Master’s degree — strong advantage).

• Experience working with regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Leadership capabilities, initiative, creativity, and excellent collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders.
