Project Coordinator

An established medical device company in Irvine, CA is in immediate need of a Project Coordinator to support them for the next 12 months. It is preferred that this consultant is fully onsite, but the client will consider 1-2 days remote flexibility if required. The target start date for this consultant is Monday 12/1.

The Project Coordinator will be focused on defining, driving, and maintaining project schedules for major projects involving product transfer activities and possibly other areas. This consultant will follow up on action items and facilitate communications on open action items and status updates to cross-functional teams. Other responsibilities might include taking meeting minutes and summarizing action items. This consultant will need to be a strong communicator and team player to engage stakeholders and ensure that cross-functional teams are providing necessary reports and information for the Product Transfer program.

Top Requirements:

• BS degree minimum
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator supporting medical device and/or biotech companies
• Independent hands-on experience defining project schedules and following up with teams on action items
• Strong hands-on experience using MS Project, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
• Working knowledge of Power BI
• Available to work onsite in Irvine every week
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive critical projects forward
