Talent Sourcer ( 50% Freelance position)

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes while acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leadership. This role focuses on attracting top talent, improving recruitment workflows, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. It requires strong interpersonal skills, business understanding, and the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Lead sourcing efforts across platforms (LinkedIn, social networks, professional communities)
• Screen resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, and assess candidates’ fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer process and closing
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles

Business Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and team leads
• Understand organizational needs, market conditions, and talent availability
• Provide strategic insights on hiring trends, competitive landscape, and best practices
• Influence decision making through data, market intelligence, and candidate evaluations
• Utilize ATS systems to manage workflows and maintain accurate data

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferably technical recruitment)
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience with direct search
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment technologies
• High level of English (verbal & written)
