Position: Director of Business Development

Location: Phoenix, AZ – Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and forming strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and profitability.
• Support, mentor, and coach office leaders to enhance BD capabilities across locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities; provide strategic recommendations.
• Track BD performance metrics and deliver regular updates to leadership.
• Travel up to 50% for office visits, meetings, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive BD, marketing, or strategic sales experience (professional services, accounting, or financial industries preferred).
• Proven success leading major growth initiatives and generating new business.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams/locations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
