Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager cum counsellar, located in Gorakhpur. The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including staff coordination, managing budgets, ensuring excellent patient care and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves supervising and training staff, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure patient satisfaction and effective team collaboration
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management to oversee clinic expenses and resources efficiently
• Knowledge of Medicine or healthcare management to ensure the clinic adheres to standard practices and delivers quality care
• Capability in Training and mentoring staff to build a productive and cohesive team
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with clinic management software are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
