Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Director, based in Klamath Falls, OR, with some flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing market planning and research to identify opportunities, and managing marketing campaigns. The role includes creating and maintaining educational driven marketing efforts and maintaining a consistent brand presence across all channels, ensuring alignment with business goals while collaborating with key stakeholders. Both digital and hard copy material development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing, Marketing Management, and Market Planning
• Strong expertise in Market Research and Market Analysis
• Experience in Sales and sales-driven marketing strategies
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to develop and implement creative marketing solutions
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within a service-oriented or environmental-focused business
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
