Director of Operations Behavioral Health Services

About Us

We are launching a behavioral health group focused on providing onsite counseling to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Massachusetts. We have multiple SNFs and are looking for an experienced operator to build and run the entire program.

Role: Chief Operating Officer / Director of Operations

You will:

Design and implement the operational model for servicing multiple SNFs

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of licensed therapists / counselors

• Select and implement EHR / practice-management

• Oversee RCM, and compliance (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial where applicable)

• Build SOPs for intake, scheduling, documentation, and quality assurance

• Coordinate with SNF administrators and DONs to maintain strong relationships and high utilization

You bring:

• 3–5+ years in behavioral health operations, preferably with SNF, LTC, or multi-clinic experience

• Strong knowledge of documentation requirements and behavioral health CPT coding

• Experience hiring and managing clinicians (LCSWs, LMHCs, Psych NPs, etc.)• Comfort building systems from scratch not just maintaining an existing operation

Compensation:

• Base salary + meaningful performance-based upside (profit-share / equity options negotiable for the right candidate).
