Overview
We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join our finance team and support our US operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their finance career who wants to gain
hands on experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor payments for the US market, including invoice review and payment
  execution.
  
• Serve as the main point of contact for US vendors, providing professional and timely
  support.
  
• Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices and payments to ensure proper
  reconciliation.
  
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve and streamline billing
  processes.
  
  

• Fluent English – both spoken and written (a must), with confidence in communicating with
  US vendors.
  
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  
• Proficiency in Excel; experience in billing or accounts payable is an advantage.
