About the Role

The QA Coordinator will support the Global QA team by managing documentation, preparing reports, coordinating product files, and assisting in complaint handling and process follow-up.

This role includes a strong administrative and organizational component, and offers the opportunity to learn from experienced QA professionals and grow within a global framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and support the resolution of internal and external complaints.
• Prepare accurate and timely QA reports and summaries.
• Document and monitor CAPAs and improvement processes.
• Maintain updated and organized QA documentation and product files.
• Support cross-departmental and global QA initiatives.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or an equivalent scientific or technical degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance - experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken); native English – advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/QMS systems – advantage.
