Test Technician - BIT (Built-In Test) Practical Engineer

We are looking for a BIT (Built-In Test) Engineer to join our team. This role involves planning, developing, and executing Built-In Test procedures for embedded computer systems, working in collaboration with system and software engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining BIT tests for embedded computer systems
• Ensuring quality and reliability of systems through comprehensive testing
• Executing tests and documenting results
• Identifying and troubleshooting system faults
• Collaborating with development teams and systems engineering
• Writing test reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Practical Engineering diploma in Electrical Engineering, Software, or any other relevant field - essential
• Experience in writing BIT tests - essential
• Experience working with DOORS software
• Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded computer systems
• Experience working with testing tools
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with testing standards
