We’re seeking an experienced Social Media & Advertising Manager to lead and manage paid and organic social activity across multiple brands. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising and influencer-led campaigns, while maintaining a strong creative sensibility.
You will own the end-to-end social media and advertising strategy ensuring campaigns are data-driven, well-executed, and aligned with brand objectives while working closely with creative partners, agencies, and content creators

• Build and manage annual and quarterly social media and paid advertising strategies aligned with business and brand goals.
  

• Define channel mix, budgets, and media plans across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  

  
  

• Lead the execution of paid social and influencer campaigns, working closely with agencies (Humanz, MediaCom, etc.).
  

• Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and optimization throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  

• Ensure smooth coordination between media, influencer, and content teams.
  

  
  

• Provide creative direction and guidance for social content and influencer collaborations.
  

• Translate media and performance insights into clear creative briefs.
  

• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and platform best practices.
  

  
  

• Own campaign performance tracking: KPIs, reports, insights, and ongoing optimization.
  

• Analyze paid and organic results and recommend improvements to media strategy, creatives, and targeting.
  

• Balance brand-building goals with performance and conversion objectives.
  

  
  

• Stay up to date with social media advertising trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices.
  

• Proactively test new formats, placements, and approaches to improve campaign results.
  

  
  

• Work closely with brand managers, media teams, agencies, and creators to ensure alignment across strategy, execution, and messaging.
  

• Act as the main point of contact for social media advertising and influencer activity.
  

  
  
  

• 3–6 years of experience in social media advertising, digital marketing, or media management.
  

• Strong understanding of paid social platforms, media planning, and performance metrics (KPIs).
  

• Experience managing agencies and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  

• Ability to read data, extract insights, and turn them into actionable media and creative recommendations.
  

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  

• High proficiency in English.
  

  
  

• Experience working with influencers or influencer marketing platforms.
  

• Background in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or consumer brands.
  

• Basic creative sensibility (content formats, storytelling, platform-native best practices).
  

• Experience collaborating closely with creative or content teams.
