BI Systems Analysis Team Leader (5361)

🚀 We’re looking for a BI Systems Analysis Team Leader!

This is a hybrid managerial and professional role, combining leadership of a team of BI Systems Analysts, responsibility for innovative BI and data solutions, and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and senior managers across the organization.

What will you do?

🔹 Lead and manage a team of BI Systems Analysts – both professionally and operationally

🔹 Define business needs, analyze requirements, and design advanced BI solutions

🔹 Lead cross-organizational projects in the BI and Data domains

🔹 Work closely with development teams, data analysts, and infrastructure units

🔹 Plan and monitor schedules, tasks, and team deliverables, while managing and preserving business knowledge

🔹 Develop and implement professional methodologies and work standards

What are we looking for?

✅ At least 2 years of experience managing a BI Systems Analysis team and leading professionals

✅ At least 4 years of experience as a BI Systems Analyst in a large organization

✅ Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data warehouses, ETL tools, and complex data models

✅ Familiarity with BI tools

✅ Knowledge of Streaming technologies

✅ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple interfaces

✅ Proven experience leading complex, multi-interface technology projects

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
