We are seeking a talented Chief of staff to join our General Insurance Department and lead our Agent Operations Division. In this role, you will manage a skilled team and play a key part in shaping the company’s business strategy.

What you’ll do?

• Lead and implement cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Develop, implement, and manage sales programs, campaigns, and incentive plans for agents and distribution channels
• Prepare materials for executive management discussions, conduct business analyses, and support decision-making processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and lead improvement initiatives
• Partner in strategic planning, develop new initiatives, and drive commercial activities
• Improve workflows, monitor implementation of management decisions, and track progress against KPIs
• Collaborate closely with diverse internal stakeholders – including Sales, IT, Marketing, Underwriting, Customer Service, and Operations

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or a financial consulting company
• Professional background in leading technology companies
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex analyses, report building); advantage for experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven experience working with senior executives – including preparing materials for leadership meetings, data analysis, and driving decisions
