We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead global manufacturing start-up company in the food industry.

Responsibilities:

 Secure financial stability.

 Set the company’s goals and operational plan.

 Develop strategy and business plan vis-à-vis the company’s short and long-term objectives.

 Create and execute the company's business plan.

 Maintain deep knowledge of the market and competition.

 Build a team, lead and motivate.

Requirements:

 Previous roles as CEO or other business position (startups) at executive level.

 Minimum 5 years experience in business development and collaborations, in the global food Industry.

 Proven experience with funds raising and investors relations.

 An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

 Good understanding of technology and innovation processes.

 Excellent communicator and presenter; able to articulate the company’s vision;

comfortable with public speaking; Fluent in English.

 MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field – preferred.
