Business Development Representative

Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup that leverages AI to make insurance accessible, transparent, and easy - for individuals and businesses.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our B2B sales team and help drive Cover’s growth across the Israeli tech ecosystem. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to closing — and play a key role in bringing new business clients to Cover.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle — outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, finance, and operations leaders
• Collaborate with marketing and product to optimize messaging and lead quality
• Track performance, update CRM, and share insights with the sales team
• Represent Cover at industry events and networking opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account executive roles (Israeli market)
• Proven outbound and deal-closing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Startup/high-growth experience
• Bonus: background in fintech, insurtech, or AI
