Full Stack Technology Leader – Tel Aviv | Full-Time | Hybrid

A leading high-tech company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Full Stack Technology Leader with a strong backend and UI orientation, and exceptional leadership skills, to join our forefront R&D team developing advanced cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end Full Stack development in a large-scale environment, work with the latest technologies, and solve complex engineering challenges. You’ll have a major influence on the product’s architecture, scalability, and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of features – including research, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive architectural and technological decisions across the product.
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code for high-performance systems.
• Continuously improve efficiency, stability, and scalability of system components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster technical and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a software developer in a product company.
• 5+ years of proven experience in Full Stack development.
• Proven record of leading major development initiatives and serving as a technical focal point.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, TLS/SSL).
• Basic familiarity with VPN protocols (IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with NoSQL, relational, and in-memory databases.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale cloud systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
