About This Role

We’re looking for a full-time Frontend Software Engineer to join our engineering team reporting to the Principal Engineer. This role is a hybrid role based out of Israel, location.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving the development of Gainsight’s AI-based customer-facing application by building intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences that deliver real value to users. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Backend Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in frontend development, clean coding practices, and UI/UX implementation.

What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve our frontend, from the main application to our reusable design system components.
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality features end-to-end.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs for optimal performance.
• Uphold high standards for code quality by applying SOLID principles and writing comprehensive unit tests.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with a modern UI framework like React.
• A deep understanding of web performance and how to create lightning-fast user experiences.
• Proven ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player who elevates the people around you.
• A good eye for design and a user-centric mindset.
• Strong experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with monorepos and tools like Nx.
• Experience using Vite as a build tool.
