💡 We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our team (Part-Time Position)

A leading financial organization is looking for a Digital Process Manager to join its digital division.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize digital processes across the company’s core platforms - mobile app and websites - and take part in creating exceptional customer experiences.

✨ What you’ll do

• :Define and design new digital processes across web and mobil
• eWrite and review requirement documents for new features and improvement
• sCreate and execute manual user test scenarios, identify issues, and coordinate with development team
• sManage and operate SMS and email campaign deliveries to customers

🎯 What we’re looking for

• :3+ years of experience leading QA/manual testing or regression processe
• sTechnical understanding of apps and website
• sExperience working with development teams and tools like Jira - strong advantag
• eStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple task
• sBackground in finance or credit – advantage
