Senior Product Manager - Ready-to-launch banking

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a new product line in white-label banking solutions. Our goal is to empower companies with embedded financial services, allowing them to offer banking-like experiences under their own brand.

In this role, you'll work closely with clients, engineering, design, and compliance teams to deeply understand business needs and build intuitive, user-friendly experiences for complex financial workflows. You will simplify complicated banking processes into seamless, easy-to-use interfaces that remove friction for end users.

We’re looking for someone who combines product thinking with UX expertise, ensuring that even the most complex financial flows feel effortless. Key Responsibilities

Own a new strategic initiative for Unit, from initial research to delivery and business performance.

• Define the product vision and create the product roadmap.
• Communicate constantly with everyone - in and out of the company.
• Make good decisions, balancing quality, speed and customer experience.
• Drive business outcomes - act as an owner, and focus on delivering value.
• Provide strategic guidance as well as tactical priorities to the engineering team.
• Translate user needs into solutions that address real-world pain points, especially in fintech and banking
  
  

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a strong background in B2C products—experience working on products that serve a large user base is highly valued.
• Proven ability to build intuitive UI/UX that simplifies complex processes, with a focus on making financial services seamless and accessible for users.
• Strong understanding of B2C product development, including user journeys, conversion funnels, and methods to improve user engagement and retention.
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to leverage analytics to understand user behavior, identify trends, and optimize product adoption.
• Technical familiarity—comfortable collaborating with engineering teams to build scalable, efficient products that meet the needs of both users and the business.
• Passion for product, strategy, and culture.
• Proven track record of driving strong results in a similar position.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English at a native level)
• Experience with large-scale B2C products and an understanding of how to create engaging, user-centric experiences at scale - Advantage
