Role Overview

This is a great chance to work in a multi-international environment with high standards of work.

The Intern in our Talent Acquisition Team will be working closely with recruiters across the EMEA region (we hire for over 20+ countries). You will gain experience and learn about end to end recruitment processes as well supporting key projects in the region focused on employer branding and possibly automation. This internship also includes the opportunity to network with senior level stakeholders from HR and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team in regards to recruitment process
• Work with Workday ATS system (applicant tracking system - WORKDAY) - reviewing applications,
• Assist Recruiters with additional projects (campus recruitment and event organization)
• Support regional employer branding projects by working closely with external partners such as vendors, universities, media agencies, etc.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition COE, leverage the SCJ Employee Value proposition for recruitment campaigns in EMEA.
  
  

• Bachelor degree required
• English fluent (written and spoken)
