Networking Full Stack Technology Leader

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end feature development: research, design, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Drive technological and architectural decisions
• Write testable, reusable, high-performance code
• Optimize efficiency, scalability, and stability across system components
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers to deliver the best product
• Mentor team members and foster skill growth and career development

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years as a software developer in a product company
• 5+ years in full stack development
• Proven track record of leading major developments as a technology focal point
• Solid understanding of Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, TLS/SSL)
• Basic understanding of VPN Protocols (IPSec, OpenVPN, Wireguard)
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React
• Experience with NoSQL, relational, and in-memory databases
• 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS and building large-scale cloud systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and a positive “can-do” attitude
• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
