Product Manager

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle, Ski, and Bicycle helmets, is looking for a talented Product Manager to join the product team. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the company’s offices in Raa’nana/from home), reporting to the VP Product Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end inbound and outbound management of product line life cycle from inception, through development and launch to end-of-life
• Creating the product line roadmap, creating and owning the Market Requirement Document (MRD), and the Product Requirement Document (PRD)
• Work with marketing, sales, and R&D to define product requirements and priorities through a profound understanding of customer needs.
• Drive the multidisciplinary product development with the R&D teams according to the product roadmap.
• Be accountable for resolving critical issues during the entire life cycle of the products.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful products.
• Experience in working on multidisciplinary products (as a Product Manager / System engineer / HW engineer / SW engineer)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Motorcycle rider - Advantage
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering
• MBA – Advantage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
