Group Controller

Group Controller Wanted  Atomic Growth

Atomic Growth, an international E-Commerce technology group, is seeking a Group Controller to join our fast-growing organization headquartered in Ramat Gan’s Bursa. This is a key finance leadership role in a rapidly scaling company, working closely with management and our global subsidiaries in the US, Spain, the UK, and more.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial reporting, responsibility for the consolidated financial statements

• Manage group budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

• Lead and coordinate internal and outsourced finance teams across different countries

• Maintain ongoing relationships with local and international banks

• Manage loans and treasury operations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate reporting

• Design and implement financial and tax models to support business growth

• Support process automation and system integrations (NetSuite, Celigo)

• Drive adoption of AI-based financial tools and automation initiatives

• Supervise inventory, procurement, and cost of goods processes

• Lead audit processes and work directly with external auditors

• Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, tech, sales) to enhance visibility and profitability

About You

• CPA certification - required

• High-level English - must

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite - significant advantage

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and E-Commerce operations (Amazon, etc.) - advantage

• Orientation toward AI and other financial tools

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Team leader with a proactive, hands-on approach
