Production & Learning Coordinator

MAOZ is a nonprofit organization working to address Israel’s most pressing socioeconomic challenges. Our mission is to build a network of leaders from all population groups and sectors of Israeli society - in collaboration with Atudot Le’Israel - that fosters trust among decision-makers and drives systemic, cross-sector change in four core areas: local governance, health, education, and employment.

We’re looking for a Production & Learning Coordinator to join our team and take a key role in producing events and operating learning experiences across the organization.



• Coordinate event production - from planning and design to on-site execution. Events include workshops, learning days, hackathons, and conferences.
• Develop and track production plans - align with the organizational calendar and ensure smooth execution timelines.
• Plan and track unit-level and event-specific budgets, manage vendor orders and payments, and ensure execution aligns with forecasts.
• Coordinate multiple interfaces
•  - work closely with internal teams and external partners, including senior figures in the public and private sectors.
• Support content development – collaborate with facilitators and pedagogical staff to bring learning events to life.
• Lead evaluation and learning – design feedback tools, analyze insights, and help improve future activities.

• Proven experience in event production - required
• Experience or familiarity with training/learning programs - advantage
• Strong tech orientation - advantage
• Good spoken and written English - advantage
