A leading tech company is looking for a service-oriented, quick-learning Help Desk professional who loves solving problems and helping people

About the Role:

Provide technical support to internal and external users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, work with Microsoft and Office 365 environments, perform installations, workstation configurations, user management, and real-time issue resolution.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing technical support (Remote and On-Site)

Handle workstation, printer, and peripheral issues

Manage users and permissions in Active Directory and Office 365

Work with Windows OS and Microsoft applications

Document tickets and incidents in the Ticketing System

Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows

Previous experience in IT support – strong advantage

Excellent customer service and communication skills – must

Good English level

Self-learner with strong problem-solving abilities
