Job Title: Congress Generalist

About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Congress Generalist, where you’ll be the lifeline of our congress planning efforts! You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly from registration to housing management. With your attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, you'll help create memorable congress experiences. If you have a knack for organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to see you shine!

You're Good At

• Building and maintaining registration websites in Cvent or similar platforms.
• Managing delegate registration and housing processes with precision.
• Coordinating logistics for ancillary meetings, including setup and communications.
• Providing outstanding support to congress planners and attendees, both pre-conference and onsite.
• Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
  
  

You Might Also Have

• A degree in a relevant field, such as a Bachelor’s or an AA.
• 2+ years of experience in meeting or program planning.
• A year of experience specifically managing congress registration and attendees.
• Familiarity with life sciences meetings and the travel industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Congress Generalist - US is between $57,000 - $73,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
