Content & Social Media Manager

Klydo is a tech startup on a mission to redefine how people experience time. Our flagship product, the Klydoclock, merges technology and art to create a new kind of media for the home. One that’s dynamic, ever-evolving, and endlessly inspiring. With an ever-growing library of animations updated daily, Klydoclock transforms walls into living canvases, bringing motion and creativity into everyday life.

We’ve built a strong direct-to-consumer online presence, and as we continue to grow, we’re expanding our marketing team. We’re looking for a Content & Social Marketing Manager to help us strengthen our brand, engage our audience, and drive further growth.

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who’s ready to take real ownership. You’ll be responsible for our day-to-day presence across social channels, lead the development of content ideas and briefs, and collaborate with creators, affiliates, and designers to bring the Klydo brand to life.

You should have a strong eye for design, love storytelling in all forms, and be plugged into digital culture. You’ll work closely with our performance and creative teams to ensure everything we put out, whether a TikTok, a reel, or a creator partnership, feels fresh, intentional, and aligned.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. No hybrid/flex options.

Key Responsibilities:

Own our social channels

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
• Plan and post engaging content that reflects our brand identity
• Monitor, respond, and build relationships with our community
• Identify and act on cultural and platform-specific trends

Create and lead content development

• Write clear, strategic briefs for our internal team and external collaborators
• Develop content formats, series, and storytelling concepts
• Collaborate with animators, designers, editors, and freelancers
• Write copy for social posts and website content

Work with affiliates and UGC creators

• Find and manage content creators and affiliates who align with our brand
• Provide creative direction and manage approvals, rights, and reposting
• Track performance and optimize content partnerships
• Build a creator network that naturally fits the product and brand

Collaborate internally

• Work with teams across product, animation, design, and support
• Stay aligned on messaging, launches, and visual identity
• Pull insights and ideas from across the team to feed into the content pipeline

Improve and evolve

• Analyze what’s working, what’s not, and adjust accordingly
• Align with performance marketing to ensure organic and paid content reinforce each other
• Bring fresh ideas to the table - test, learn, iterate

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in content, social, or digital marketing
• Excellent English
• Passionate about storytelling, design, and visual culture
• Deep understanding of social platforms and what performs well
• Self-starter who can take initiative and manage their own workload
• Confident working with creators, designers, and other collaborators
• Bonus: experience managing UGC/influencer content
• Bonus: basic editing/design skills (CapCut, Canva, Figma, etc.)
