• Lead and mentor 3 R&D teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance
• Define the technical strategy in alignment with business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of our products
• Drive end-to-end product development – from ideation and design through implementation, QA, and deployment
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, Product, and other executive leaders to shape the technology roadmap and ensure alignment with company strategy
• Establish engineering best practices, including code quality standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and agile processes
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent to build a robust, distributed R&D organization
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the teams
• Be a hands-on leader: develop complex and efficient client-based agents and on-prem components, including highly secured client-to-server communication
  
  

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing multiple teams
• Proven experience in designing and developing backend micro-services in Node.js / Python / Rust / C++, preferably in high-scale
• Strong technical background in cybersecurity, web technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and SaaS architectures
• Proven experience in scaling engineering teams and building high-performing R&D organizations
• Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for driving technical excellence while delivering business value
• Ability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges, demonstrating autonomy, top-notch design, and high-quality execution
• Highly motivated and self-learner
• B.Sc. Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent knowledge
  
  

• A cyber-related knowledge from the industry or from a relevant military unit
• A start-up working experience, preferably in early stages
