Finance Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

The position includes managing a small team of bookkeepers, overseeing all accounting cycles, and working closely with the Company Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for accounting cycles: customers, suppliers, banks, and reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly reports and financial closings.
• Handling VAT, withholding tax, advances, and reporting to the tax authorities.
• Managing and mentoring a team of two bookkeepers.
• Working directly with the Company Controller on monthly and annual reporting.
• Managing daily operations in Priority ERP and collaborating with internal departments.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 3 / Diploma – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience as Chief Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager.
• Proven experience in monthly and annual closings.
• Strong understanding of taxation and reporting (VAT, withholding tax, advances, etc.).
• Proficient in Excel, Office, and Priority ERP.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience managing a team – advantage.
