Frontend Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Tech Lead to join our SaaS platform team.

You will drive the design and implementation of modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications, leading the development efforts.

As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers, define best practices, and ensure code quality and architectural excellence while collaborating closely with Product, UX, and dev teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable and maintainable frontend architecture for a complex SaaS web platform.
• Design, implement, and optimize high-quality React and Node.js components.
• Guide architectural decisions for the frontend applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and lead technical discussions.
• Drive CI/CD best practices, testing automation, and performance optimization.
• Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in modern web application development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Proven experience with SaaS or PaaS web applications handling scale and performance.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
• Solid understanding of component-driven development, modular architectures, and micro frontends.
• Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or Enzyme.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and database integration (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other developers.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate ideas into production-ready interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for high-quality code, performance, and great user experience.
  
  

• Experience with Go, Python, or backend microservices.
• Familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and DevOps workflows.
• Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven UI features.
