Fullstack Team Lead – 50% Hands-On

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Team Lead to join our team. In this role,

you will balance hands-on development with leading a talented team to deliver high-quality,

scalable, and secure solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical

excellence, and ensure alignment with product goals. With a strong background in Java and

JavaScript, experience in modern frameworks (Vue – an advantage, not mandatory), solid SQL

expertise, and proven leadership experience, you will play a critical role in shaping the architecture,

optimizing performance, and mentoring team members. If you are passionate about fullstack

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the development team. Set clear objectives,

ensure timely delivery, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.

• Hands-On Development: Design, implement, and review both backend and frontend

solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.

• Technical Leadership: Drive system architecture, scalability, and performance optimizations

in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to define sprint goals, oversee

team tasks in Jira, and ensure smooth integration into CI/CD pipelines.

• Product Partnership: Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and deliver

customer-driven solutions.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain coding standards, promote test-driven development, and

ensure system reliability and maintainability.

• Problem-Solving: Act as the go-to person for complex technical challenges and continuously

improve processes and solutions.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of development experience with Java and JavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams or serving as a technical lead.
• Experience in fullstack environments (frontend frameworks such as Vue – advantage, not

mandatory).

Technical Skills:

• Solid SQL knowledge for data management and optimization.
• Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD, and performance tuning.
• Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable solutions.
