Quality Assurance Engineer

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an experienced CRM Tester to join a leading enterprise organization in Tel Aviv.

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA professional with hands-on experience in CRM testing. The role involves creating and executing manual test cases across multiple environments, performing integration testing, and collaborating closely with development and QA teams to ensure product quality and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute manual test cases in various environments.
• Perform CRM system testing — ensuring functionality, data integrity, and user workflows.
• Conduct integration and interface testing between CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update test documentation and reports in test management systems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing — mandatory.
• Proven experience in CRM testing — mandatory.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and test documentation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Priority ERP — significant advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
