Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, including digital, content, events, and lead generation campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to craft messaging, collateral, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning, identify opportunities, and refine campaigns as needed.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring messaging and visuals align with company values.
• Develop and implement GEO strategies, integrating them into marketing plans and campaigns to drive differentiation and impact.
• Drive lead generation campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, webinars, email, SEO, paid campaigns, social communities, influencers, etc.), monitor performance, optimize for growth and ROI, and manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Oversee content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and email campaigns.
• Plan, organize, and promote the company’s presence at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and event management, ideally within B2B SaaS startups or data analytics products targeting US and/or European markets.
• Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
• Proven experience in lead-generation/demand-generation through organic, paid, direct, and referral channels.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-driven marketing technologies.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, webinar platforms, and similar tools.
• Skilled in marketing competitive analysis and online research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, adaptable to change and shifting priorities.
