Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re an early-stage startup operating in stealth mode, looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the company’s hiring foundation from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels
• Drive sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit across skills, values, and culture
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
• Manage candidate experience to ensure a high-touch and professional process
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment operations where relevant

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup or tech environment
• Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms and channels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of English – both written and spoken
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
