Sales and Business Development Coordinator

BDO, one of Israel’s leading professional firms, is seeking a Sales and Business Development Coordinator who combines commercial drive, marketing insight, and strong communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Support and coordinate sales processes, including preparing presentations, proposals, and tender responses

• Assist in building the annual business plan and track its implementation

• Initiate and lead marketing activities such as conferences, webinars, website updates, newsletters, and more

• Identify leads and business opportunities through proactive outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls)

• Manage and update leads and opportunities in the CRM system

• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and marketing/lead management tools

• Service-oriented, organized, and detail-focused

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles – an advantage
