This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the MOBILE phone division, located in Kfar Saba. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts with suppliers and clients, analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

• Experience in sales management, negotiation, and team leadership
• Strong understanding of the mobile phone market, market trends, and customer needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and objectives
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
