Senior Full-Stack Developer – Licensing & Education Management System

About the Project

Development and continuous enhancement of a large-scale system for managing the licensing and oversight of educational institutions — including daycares, kindergartens, and schools.

The platform supports the entire licensing lifecycle: from application submission and multi-disciplinary review (pedagogical, administrative, and safety aspects) through final approval or rejection, while integrating with various internal organizational systems and external service providers.

Role Overview

SAInnovation is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the core product team.

The role involves designing and implementing complex features, leading major system components, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and collaborating closely with UX and architecture teams to create a modern, intuitive, and accessible interface for end users.

Tech Stack & Requirements

• .NET Core 6+ and Angular 17+
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle
• Proficiency in Web API, C#, Entity Framework, HTML5, CSS3, Visual Studio, GIT, and PrimeNG
• Advantage: familiarity with MediatR and FluentValidation
• Proven experience in UX-driven development, accessibility, and modern UI practices
• Self-learning ability and strong team collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience in Agile development environments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and deliver at a high standard

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in another field plus 300+ academic hours in Information Systems / Engineering degree including at least 200 hours in software courses / Practical Engineer (Computer/Technology major) / Graduate of an IDF technological unit (e.g., Mamram, 8200, or equivalent) with relevant experience

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software development
