🚀 Integration Engineer – EW & Naval Systems (FR Domain)

We’re looking for an experienced Integration Engineer (FR) to join a high-impact team working on advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) and naval operational systems.

You’ll take part in full integration of multidisciplinary systems—combining RF technologies, electronics, and communication subsystems—and play a key role in ensuring field-ready operational performance.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead integration and testing of complex defense systems.
• Perform RF troubleshooting, signal analysis, and system calibration.
• Work hands-on with advanced test equipment (Spectrum / Network Analyzers).
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and field teams to support naval deployments.
• Deliver clear technical reports and documentation in English.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Practical Engineer in Electronics or Electrical Engineering – must.
• 3+ years of hands-on system integration experience in the defense domain (5+ preferred).
• Strong background in RF systems – detection, analysis, and fault isolation.
• Proficiency with lab and test equipment (Spectrum & Network Analyzers).
• High technical English (reading & writing).
• Availability for extended hours and commitment to operational project timelines.

🌊 Advantageous Backgrounds

• Former technical NCOs or engineers from the Israeli Navy.
• Experience with EW / radar systems.
• Field integration in harsh or maritime environments.
• Proven ability to own and resolve complex technical challenges independently.
