Role Description

We are seeking talented and motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position with a flexible work model – combining on-site presence at various residential projects, meetings with clients and developers, and work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Guide private buyers (local and international) throughout the purchase process
• Manage leads and create meaningful, trust-based connections that lead to successful sales
• Present new residential projects and close deals
• Understand emotional and practical client needs to offer tailored solutions
• Use advanced CRM systems and AI-based sales tools
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional workshops
• Collaborate with developers, marketing managers, and project teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (real estate experience – strong advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Hebrew and English – additional languages are an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – advantage
• Professional appearance, high motivation, and emotional intelligence
• Strong computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, digital tools)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, responsible, and results-driven
• Passion for people, sales, and professional growth
• Genuine interest or background in real estate and psychology – a true advantage
