Role Description We are seeking a passionate Events Manager to join our dynamic team. In this part-time hybrid role, you will be instrumental in designing, planning, and executing meaningful programs that bring joy and connection to children and teens coping with cancer or cancer loss in their immediate families. The ideal candidate will blend strategic planning skills with emotional intelligence, ensuring our programs are not just logistically sound, but deeply impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive program schedules and event timelines
• Coordinate complex logistical elements including transportation, catering, and venue arrangements
• Collaborate with team members and volunteers to ensure smooth program execution
• Negotiate terms with venues and suppliers
• Track program budgets and maintain detailed documentation
• Engage with participant families to understand and refine program experiences
• Manage communication with program partners, volunteers, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Exceptional project coordination and management skills
• Proven experience in event planning and program development
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools (Monday.com experience preferred)
• Post-army or similar professional background
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English language skills
• Demonstrated passion for youth support and community programming
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Russian or Arabic language skills are a valuable addition
