We're Hiring: Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee complex technological projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about project delivery, team leadership, and driving innovation—this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of multiple technological projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Monitor project performance including data management, scheduling, budgeting, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that project teams are meeting their objectives efficiently and on time.
• Lead and manage a team of PMOs, including task prioritization and day-to-day activities.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Priority ERP systems.

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Management, Engineering, or a relevant field – Mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Program Manager, ideally within defense or high-tech industries
• At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills and strong data-driven mindset
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with networking, electronics, or security systems – a significant advantage
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and resolve challenges effectively
• Solid understanding of project and program management methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Project and Priority ERP – an advantage
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written (daily communication required)
