Staff Software Engineer

Notraffic revolutionizes urban mobility by transforming intersections into smart, connected transportation networks, enhancing efficiency, safety, and sustainability using advanced hardware, software, and AI.

We are looking for a talented and experienced hands on Staff Software Engineer to join our R&D team. In this high-impact role, you'll be making critical design decisions, leading cross-team and organization-wide projects, and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and robust.

You will work with the chief architect, developing and maintaining Notraffic's solution. The Architects team deals with the core of Notraffic’s solution and supports other teams.

You’d be a good fit if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years as a Software Architect , Staff or Principal
• Extensive experience in network protocols
• Extensive experience with C++ / C / Go / Rust or similar
• Extensive experience with scripting language such as Python / Ruby
• Extensive experience with Linux
• Extensive experience with large scale architecture and design patterns
• Extensive experience with cloud or IoT based products
• Experience in setting up servers
• Familiar with Devops concepts
