Software Engineering Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Drive technical design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Oversee the development of backend services using Python and Node.js, and frontend applications using React.
• Work with AWS cloud infrastructure (GCP experience is also relevant).
• Design and implement microservices architecture.
• Manage and optimize relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Utilize Docker and related containerization technologies for deployment and orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Team Lead / Engineering Manager.
• Strong backend development skills in Python or Node.js.
• Proficiency with React for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Advantages:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools.
• Background in working within Agile/Scrum environments.
