About the Role:

Join a leading industrial technology company in the field of weighing systems. We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to manage and expand customer activity in the Southern region.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
  • Acquire new clients: industrial plants, logistics companies, packing houses, freight organizations
  • Provide technical consultation and tailor weighing solutions to customer needs
  • Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close deals
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams
  • Handle the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Advantage: experience selling weighing systems, weighbridges, measuring equipment, or industrial automation
  • Technical background in electrical, electronics, mechanical, or industrial engineering – advantage
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Priority ERP – advantage
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and strong interpersonal skills
