IT Infrastructure Manager | Lead Complex, Multi-Site Environments

Reports to: CIO (VP of Technologies & Information Systems)

Direct Reports: 4 team members (System, Network, and Telephony specialists)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead, plan, and operate the company’s complete IT infrastructure — across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and security of core business services such as networking, telephony, servers, and identity systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year infrastructure strategy (On-prem, Cloud, Hybrid), capacity planning, and budget (CapEx/OpEx).
• Manage enterprise network and security operations (Cisco Catalyst/DNAC/ISE, SD-WAN, Fortinet).
• Oversee telephony & Contact Center infrastructure (PBX/VoIP/IVR, Cisco UCCX/UCCE, SIP, recording & monitoring).
• Lead Microsoft 365 / Entra / AD environments, Conditional Access, MFA, device and server management.
• Manage virtualization, storage, and backup infrastructure (VMware vSphere, DR planning & exercises).
• Manage vendors, integrators, and SLA performance; support technical aspects of RFPs and bids.
• Mentor and lead a multi-disciplinary IT team across multiple sites, including on-call readiness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in team management (System/Network/Telephony).
• Proven experience with Cisco environments, SD-WAN, and Fortinet systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, and Active Directory.
• Strong background in virtualization and DR/backup environments.
• Vendor and integrator management experience.
• Fluent Hebrew & good technical English.
• At least one certification: MCSE / VCP / CCNA.
