Generative AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and process-oriented AI Automation Engineer to join our AI Center of Excellence.

In this role, you’ll design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that automate complex business processes using no-code tools such as n8n and Copilot Studio.

You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver scalable, impactful automations that drive the company’s AI transformation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation through intelligent AI agents.
• Design, build, and optimize agent-based workflows using n8n, Copilot Studio, and other low/no-code tools.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to design effective interactions between users, agents, and LLMs — crafting, testing, and refining prompts for accuracy, reliability, and contextual understanding.
• Define the architecture, integrations, and logic flows for multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into structured agent requirements and functional flows.
• Partner with the AI CoE team to establish and maintain best practices, governance standards, and reusable frameworks for prompt and workflow design.
• Monitor and continuously improve agent performance and user experience through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical or analytical roles (e.g., system analyst, product, or process engineer).
• Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, Make).
• Strong understanding of business processes, system architecture, and data flows.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solutions.
• Process-oriented mindset with attention to usability and business impact.
