Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-moving startup team.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a key role in shaping a high-impact, scalable hiring culture.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end hiring:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes - sourcing, evaluating, and securing top talent – with a focus on efficiency, alignment, and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
• Execute creative & diverse sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes, quality, and time-to-hire.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights, pipeline visibility, and recruitment best practices.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, including proactive sourcing.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience hiring for startup or scale-up tech companies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
